Yes, they can apply together. However, identical benefits such as breakfast are not combined; the more favorable one applies. For example, a member breakfast and the UpperCollection breakfast are not added together to cover four guests. That said, tiers that include lounge access (Hyatt Globalist, Hilton Diamond, etc.) may use both the breakfast restaurant and the lounge.
When booking at a Hilton For Luxury rate, Members earn 200% of base points in total, Silver 220%, Gold 280%, and Diamond 300%. Other promotions are subject to the Hilton Honors program terms.
