Designed by Philippe Starck, Lily of the Valley is a wellness hotel in the hills of the Saint-Tropez peninsula above Gigaro, its architecture inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Provençal abbeys and Californian villas. A 2,000 m² wellness and fitness centre features a semi-Olympic pool heated year-round, saunas, a snow shower and a cold plunge, while chef Vincent Maillard's Mediterranean cuisine is served at Vista, with Brigantine and Pépé at the hotel's beach club on Gigaro beach.
