Set in a late-19th-century neo-Gothic building that once housed the national savings bank and later the Sweelinck Conservatory of Music, this design-led hotel was transformed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni in Amsterdam's Museum Quarter. Yotam Ottolenghi's first restaurant in the Netherlands serves vegetable-led sharing plates in the hotel's glass atrium, while the spa offers an 18-metre indoor lap pool, sauna and hammam.
