No. 5An opulent 18th-century aristocratic villa on the shores of Lake Como in Moltrasio, built by Count Passalacqua in 1787 and restored by the De Santis family into an intimate hotel. Architect Carlo Felice Soave designed its terrazzo floors, stucco and frescoes, and the terraced gardens that descend to a private jetty on the lake. Composer Vincenzo Bellini stayed here in 1831, and the villa lies fifteen minutes from Como and about an hour's drive from Milan.

All payments, including pre-payments, are charged directly by the hotel. UpperCollection does not receive any payment.
Your card details are passed to the hotel to guarantee the reservation (e.g., against no-shows). They are sent only to the hotel's reservation system over an encrypted connection and are not stored on UpperCollection's servers. The actual charge is made directly by the hotel.
The hotel charges the card registered at booking in advance, or sends a payment link by email. If no charge is made before check-in, you may settle upon arrival at the hotel.
The amount in the hotel's currency is the same. However, depending on the city or country, taxes such as tourist tax or city tax may be charged at the hotel.
