Yes, they can apply together. However, identical benefits such as breakfast are not combined; the more favorable one applies. For example, a member breakfast and the UpperCollection breakfast are not added together to cover four guests. That said, tiers that include lounge access (Hyatt Globalist, Hilton Diamond, etc.) may use both the breakfast restaurant and the lounge.
No separate request is needed. The benefits are applied automatically, and the hotel will explain them at check-in.
It can mainly be used at the spa and food and beverage outlets, and eligible outlets may vary by hotel. Details can be confirmed at the front desk at check-in.
If the stays are effectively consecutive, the credit is provided only once.
