SHA Mexico is a beachfront wellness destination on the Mexican Caribbean, bringing SHA's integrative health method to the Americas in a striking building inspired by the human genome. Designed by architecture firm Sordo Madaleno with interiors by Alejandro Escudero, it rises above the Mayan jungle on a stretch of white-sand beach in Costa Mujeres facing Isla Mujeres. Guests follow personalized health programs ranging from four to 21 days.

If the stays are effectively consecutive, the credit is provided only once.
The credit can be used only during the stay booked at an UpperCollection rate. It cannot be applied to room rates, taxes, tips, service charges, or services provided by third parties, and any unused credit is not refundable in cash.
A one-category upgrade may be provided at check-in, subject to availability. Some hotels also offer a one-category upgrade in advance (see each hotel's benefits). Upgrades from a standard room to a suite, or from a suite to a specialty suite, are not provided.

All payments, including pre-payments, are charged directly by the hotel. UpperCollection does not receive any payment.
Your card details are passed to the hotel to guarantee the reservation (e.g., against no-shows). They are sent only to the hotel's reservation system over an encrypted connection and are not stored on UpperCollection's servers. The actual charge is made directly by the hotel.
The hotel charges the card registered at booking in advance, or sends a payment link by email. If no charge is made before check-in, you may settle upon arrival at the hotel.
The amount in the hotel's currency is the same. However, depending on the city or country, taxes such as tourist tax or city tax may be charged at the hotel.
